Regular Merchandise Return We will make every effort to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, you may return any non-sale merchandise for an exchange or a full refund less the shipping costs. The merchandise must be shipped back to AFO Socks within 30 days of the purchase date. No exchange or refund will be issued after the 30 day period. Please attach a copy of your receipt and a copy of the return authorization email. See the paragraph below titled Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for instructions on obtaining a return authorization email. Your credit card or account will be reimbursed once the merchandise returned has been inspected. Sale Merchandise Return There is no refund or exchange available on sale merchandise unless it is damaged when you receive it. Damaged Merchandise Return When you receive damaged merchandise, it must be reported immediately in order for us to process your claim. Please fill in the Return Merchandise Authorization Form and submit it online after filling it out. You will then receive an email authorizing you to return the merchandise. A copy of this form must accompany the merchandise being returned.
